Day on the Hill: Makers in the Square

Description

Join the Virginia Manufacturers Association for the 1st Annual Makers in the Square event, as we connect Virginia’s manufacturing community with their state representatives while celebrating the “coolest things made in Virginia” in the Virginia’s Capitol Square.

Join us for a breakfast reception where we will host a “meet and greet” with legislators in the new General Assembly building. Event sponsors will be given the opportunity to showcase their products throughout the reception.

Follow the day's activities, members are invited to work from the VA Event Center. Individual tickets are available for $50 per person (Members Only). Please contact knoonan@vamanufacturers.com for sponsorship opportunities.

8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Arrival/Security Check-in

8:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Breakfast Meet & Greet with Legislators

10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Hold for Made in VA Press Conference

11:00 AM - 11:15 AM: Group Picture on the Capitol Steps

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: House & Senate Chambers & Commending Resolution Presentation

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch Break/ Co-working Session
